Canon announces entry-level EOS R100 camera for $480:
Canon is considered one of the leading companies in the camera industry, and its cameras are distinguished by the strength of the wonderful performance, which makes whether photos or videos come out with a very good quality and look.
Canon has blazoned the EOS R100, the company's most affordable entry in the EOS R series. The EOS R100 uses the24.2- megapixel APS- C CMOS detector and DIGIC 8 processor espoused from the EOS M50 Mark II. It includes Canon's Dual Pixel AF with 143 AF zones and face discovery, and over to6.5 fps burst prisoner. The camera also supports uncropped 1080p videotape up to 30 fps and 4K videotape up to 24 fps but with a crop and only discrepancy- grounded AF.
Being targeted at first time camera buyers or those upgrading from a smartphone, the EOS R100 features Scene Intelligent Auto mode for ease of operation along with Creative Pollutants and a mongrel bus mode that also captures 2- 4 seconds of videotape before every shot. There is also option to record perpendicular videotape for uploading to social media. Bluetooth and Wi- Fi are included for ease of connection with a smartphone.
Away from that, still, the EOS R100 is a veritably introductory camera that may not excite those formerly into photography. Away from the now old detector and processor, the fairly slow burst prisoner rate of3.5 fps when using AF, and the limited controls with only one adaptation dial, the EOS R100 also makes a raft of other cost cutting measures. The OLED EVF is only2.36 M fleck in resolution. The3.0- inch TV is only1.04 M fleck, has no articulation and also lacks touch support. Storage is limited to a single UHS- I SD card, and there's no headphone jack to go on with the microphone jack. There is also no in- body stabilization. The EOS R100 supports the EOS R mount, which is still fairly new and has veritably precious lens selection, numerous of which bring further than the camera. Canon does give the RF- S18- 45 mmF4.5-6.3 IS STM and RF- S55- 210 mm F5-7.1 IS STM in colorful tackle options and also launched a new RF28mm F2.8 STM hotcake lens but your lens selection options are still going to be limited and precious.
Starting at$ 480 for the body and$ 600 for the tackle options, the EOS R100 will be available in July. The RF28mm F2.8 STM will also be available in July for$ 300.
