   Back in September, Polestar announced its plans to launch a Meizu- made smartphone to complement its expanding fleet of electric vehicles and we now have our first glimpse of the device. The company teased Polestar Phone’s design during its  initial Polestar Day event.  

  
                                               

The phone has the signature Meizu design language seen on the Meizu 20 series with flat metal frame and three camera modules housed in individual camera rings. A  immediate from the video revealed we ’re looking at a 23 mm original main camera with an f/1.9 aperture alongside a 70 mm telephoto( f/2.0) and a 15 mm ultrawide lens with an f/2.4 aperture.  Polestar Phone also brings a flat display with a punch hole cutout for the selfie camera. The sides feature Polestar branding while the back has the company logo.  One of the more  intriguing bits is how Polestar will integrate its  forthcoming phone with its cars. Meizu, owned by the same parent company Geely, has its own Flyme Auto car software. still, reports from China suggest the Polestar Phone might offer a Polestar OS interface which is likely developed in collaboration with Meizu.   Polestar Phone design teased in short  videotape  The device is billed as a flagship phone meaning we should expect to see Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip, plenty of RAM and some form of fast charging too. Polestar Phone is rumored to be exclusive to China but we ’ll have to wait for  further details and an  sanctioned launch before jumping to conclusions.

While the naming may imply this is a successor to the SD 7 Gen 2 or SD 7s Gen 2, the new chip slots between the two  forenamed SoCs.   Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC, high performance   A  famed tipster on X shared some  racy details surrounding the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC, which is rather odd because we have  slightly indeed seen the  lately released Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 in action. But the tipster's leaks so far have been  substantially accurate, so we've a reason to believe the report.  According to@Tech_Reve, Qualcomm will  formerly again rely solely on TSMC for making the 3nm- based Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chipset coming year. Reportedly, the chip designer has decided to bet on TSMC  formerly again because it's planning to use custom Oryon CPU cores and does not want to compromise power and efficiency with the new set of cores. You could say that Qualcomm just is not convinced with Samsung's yields or performance.   still, a binary chip sourcing strategy is still on the cards for 2025 when the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 comes out, while the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 for Galaxy will be produced at Samsung's foundry
